Plastic Injection Operator

Description

Plastic injection operator position in L’Olleria at an industrial company in the sector. The job is carried out in a dynamic production environment, where the selected candidate operates and supervises the plastic material injection process. The main activity consists of operating specialized machinery to produce plastic components, following strict safety and quality protocols. Responsibilities include starting up and continuously monitoring injection lines to ensure their proper operation. Mold changes are performed, and technical parameters are adjusted as required for each production run. It is also essential to inspect and control the final product’s quality, verifying compliance with established standards and required technical specifications. Additionally, equipment condition is monitored, anomalies are reported, and basic maintenance support is provided. A high standard of order and cleanliness must be maintained in the work area, in accordance with industrial safety regulations. This is a full-time position with rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), offering an indefinite-term contract and immediate start. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in plastic injection processes is required. Possession of forklift and overhead crane operator licenses is considered an advantage, as is vocational training in industrial mechanics, electromechanics, or related fields. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are mandatory. Candidates must be organized, methodical, and demonstrate proven ability to work effectively in a team.
