At Hinojosa Packaging, we are seeking to hire a **Pre\-Sales Technical Specialist for the Technical Office** to strengthen our R\+D\+i team. The selected candidate will work closely with the commercial department and customers to develop innovative, sustainable, and market\-adapted packaging solutions. **What will be your mission?** Collaborate with the commercial team on designing and developing distinctive packaging solutions, managing samples, sketches, and optimization studies that add value both to our customers and to the organization. **Key responsibilities** * Manage the production of samples and sketches (outsourced to external suppliers or prepared in-house), ensuring quality, cost, and agreed timelines. * Manage the planning and development of packaging improvement studies. * Provide technical support to the commercial team. * Foster loyalty among strategic customers through direct, empathetic, and proactive communication. * Participate in co\-creation sessions with customers and other departments to enhance the product development experience. **Requirements** **Education:** Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Graphic Arts, Design, Product Development, or related fields. **Experience:** Experience in packaging industry companies will be valued.
