With ALE\-HOP’s national and international expansion, our teams continue growing rapidly, and we need to strengthen our Logistics and Domestic Transportation department. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Execute and monitor domestic land transportation processes. * Prepare reports, KPIs, and management dashboards for the department. * Analyze operational data to identify deviations and opportunities for improvement. * Collaborate on digitalization, standardization, and process improvement. * Propose actions aimed at efficiency, service quality, and continuous improvement. **Requirements** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Logistics and Transportation, Engineering, or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 1 year. Languages: English and Italian are valued. Office software skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
