Job Summary: We are seeking a process engineer to optimize production processes, resolve daily issues, and lead continuous improvement initiatives, while maintaining technical documentation and collaborating on new production lines. You will directly identify faults on the production line and propose and implement solutions to enhance overall performance and quality. You will actively participate in resolving daily issues and lead meetings to ensure continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include keeping all technical documentation—such as manuals and drawings—up to date and readily available. You will also closely monitor key productivity metrics, verifying that implemented solutions are effective and adjusting plans as needed. Additionally, you will collaborate on launching new production lines, aiming to reduce time and costs without compromising quality. This position is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who wish to learn an organized, structured approach to engineering practice. We offer an indefinite-term contract with an intensive work schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., supporting your work-life balance. A Higher Technical Degree in an industrial environment, a Technical Engineering degree, or equivalent qualification is required. A B1 level or higher in English is considered advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory, along with experience using 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks. Prior industrial internships or up to one year of relevant work experience will be considered a strong asset.
