Responsibilities include monitoring schedules, quality, and execution; budget management and cost control; and coordination of teams and suppliers. The role also involves incident resolution, maintaining client relationships, and serving as the liaison between construction sites and the company. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in the construction sector, strong organizational skills, a problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills with clients and teams. A valid driver's license is required, and immediate availability is mandatory. A permanent full-time employment contract is offered, with working hours to be agreed upon and salary according to the Construction Collective Agreement. Immediate start required.
