We are seeking a person for the position of Accounting Technician in an industrial sector company located near Torrelavega. Main responsibilities include recording and monitoring daily accounting operations, preparing and reviewing journal entries and accounting closings, as well as collecting overdue payments and receiving invoices. The candidate will also be responsible for requesting credit risk assessments, supporting the preparation of financial statements, and liaising with suppliers, customers, and banking institutions. Additionally, the candidate must comply with tax obligations and prepare corresponding tax returns. A temporary replacement contract is offered initially, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position. Working hours will be full-time, Monday to Friday, on a split schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The initial salary corresponds to Group III under the Chemical Industry Collective Agreement and will be adjusted according to the candidate’s qualifications, including a career development plan.
