Main responsibilities: Participate in all security investigation activities, meetings, conference calls. Managing compliance initiatives including scheduling, ticketing of deliverables and remediations, and tracking cross\-functional dependencies. Maintain security checklist for SAAS products. Responsible of the security RCA. Perform security reviews, identify gaps in security architecture. Support Security Analysts by performing incident response activities (containment and eradication) when escalation is needed. Design and maintain defense strategy framework. This position requires planning and organizing the kitchen area onboard luxury tourist trains, following established guidelines. Knowledge of cost control, creation of itemized lists, kitchen financial management, and compliance with APPCC standards is important. Additionally, developing the gastronomic offering and adapting it to passengers' needs onboard—considering allergies, food intolerances, or specific dietary preferences—is essential. We are seeking a candidate with knowledge of food procurement, handling, and preservation techniques, as well as the ability to supervise kitchen staff, organize tasks, and ensure cleanliness and compliance with hygiene regulations. Maintaining an efficient work environment is crucial. The selected candidate is expected to prepare each dish carefully, paying attention to presentation and plating so that it is visually appealing and consistent with the train's luxury standard. Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations is essential. Specific culinary training is required, preferably a Technician in Cooking, Higher Degree in Kitchen/Restaurant Management, or a diploma from a prestigious culinary school, along with food handler certification. Specific training in pastry is also important. A medium-to-high level of English will be valued. At least two years of demonstrable experience as a chef in recognized restaurants is required. We are looking for a person with excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a team, proactive attitude, willingness to travel, flexible working hours, and versatility.
