Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible operator to supervise and control manufacturing and assembly lines during the night shift, ensuring production process efficiency and quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and control of manufacturing and assembly lines. 2. Ensuring efficiency and quality standards in the production process. 3. Maintaining a safe, orderly, and clean workplace. We are looking for a responsible individual to join the production team in Torelló, handling operations during the night shift. The primary role will be to supervise and control manufacturing and assembly lines, ensuring the entire production process operates efficiently and meets quality standards. Daily tasks will include monitoring machinery operation, inspecting product quality to ensure compliance with specifications, and supplying materials to machines. It will also be essential to maintain a safe, orderly, and clean workplace, adhering to safety regulations. Prior production experience and commitment to punctuality and responsibility are highly valued. The ideal candidate must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, with good coordination and manual dexterity. A temporary contract is offered, with potential for continuation and initial training. The schedule is fixed night hours. Compulsory Secondary Education. Minimum 2 years’ prior experience as an operator in industrial environments. Commitment to punctuality and responsibility. Ability to work collaboratively and manual dexterity. Residence in the Vic area or nearby commuter zones. Immediate availability for commencement.
