Position Summary: We are seeking a speech therapist to provide individual intervention for autistic individuals across childhood and adolescent age groups, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team. Coordination with a multidisciplinary team In Santander, an association seeks to incorporate a speech therapist into its team. Main responsibilities include delivering individual intervention for autistic individuals, particularly children, pre-adolescents, and adolescents; developing and monitoring personalized treatment plans; coordinating with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychologists, educators, and pedagogues; documenting progress; and preparing periodic reports. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Therapy, have their own vehicle, and possess basic computer skills. Prior experience in autism-related fields and in using Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems will be valued. This position offers an indefinite part-time contract of 30 hours per week, scheduled during afternoon hours. Salary is determined according to the Collective Agreement for Services for Persons with Disabilities.
