The position involves performing assembly, welding, and maintenance tasks within a specialized industrial environment. Key responsibilities include assembling metal carpentry and industrial boiler-making structures—activities requiring precision and attention to detail to ensure facility integrity and safety. In addition, semi-automatic welding tasks will be carried out, interpreting technical drawings to ensure components are manufactured and assembled according to design specifications. These tasks are essential for industrial project development and production operations continuity. This position offers an annual base salary of 25\.500 gross euros, supplemented by a competency-based allowance. It includes permanent employment with fixed labor conditions. Working hours are flexible, designed to facilitate work-life balance. The work environment is collaborative and integrated within a family-structured organization. A minimum of three years’ experience in boiler-making or metal carpentry workshops is required. Solid and practical knowledge of semi-automatic welding, as well as the ability to correctly interpret technical drawings, is essential. Furthermore, a valid license and demonstrable experience in the safe operation of elevated work platforms within industrial facilities are required.
