What will your responsibilities be? Under the supervision of the kitchen manager, you will assist with: + Preparing the daily menu: food preparation, washing, slicing, peeling, chopping, cutting, mixing ingredients. + Serving dishes at the dining line during meal service. + Unpacking and storing supplies in refrigerated chambers and storage areas. + Managing batch numbers and expiration dates, and performing partial kitchen cleaning. + Washing, disinfecting, and storing plates, pots, pans, cutlery, and other kitchen utensils.
