We are seeking an Administrative Purchasing Assistant with advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory). ### **Key Responsibilities** **Product Management** * Creation and maintenance of product codes and names in Excel for assigned product lines. * Loading, updating, and quality control of products in **Business Central (BC)**, ensuring consistency with data from logistics, administration, production, and stores. * Resolution of incidents (e.g., blocked products, system errors, cost discrepancies). * Maintenance and updating of **attributes, tariffs, and prices** in BC. **Purchase Orders** * Preparation and loading of products into the master file for collection- and division-based order planning. * Uploading and registering purchase orders in BC. * Reviewing supplier costs and invoices (Twinco). * Managing products and orders for **samples** (creation, cancellation, and invoice review). **Labels** * Creation and uploading of **RFID labels** onto the INDET platform. * Communication with suppliers regarding label order shipments, including EANs, sizes, and references. ### **Requirements** * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (pivot tables, formulas, charts). A practical test will be administered during the selection process. * Experience or familiarity with **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central** (preferred). * Strong analytical ability and database management skills. * Methodical, organized, responsible, and adaptable individual. * Motivated to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.
