We are seeking a Labor Relations and Payroll Technician for our HR team. **Responsibilities**: * Carry out the complete payroll process for all group centers (collection and management of variables, preparation, review, monthly closing, incidents, final settlements, etc.). * Coordinate with external advisors for registrations, cancellations, changes, and all types of Social Security transactions (SILTRA, Sistema RED, etc.). * Supervision and follow-up of temporary disabilities, maternity/paternity leaves, accidents, and coordination with mutual insurance and prevention services. * Prepare necessary documentation for internal audits, equality plans, Labor Inspectorate requests, or other official requirements. * Preparation of labor reports and indicators: salary audit, structure, costs, forecasts, budgets, etc. * Management of the company's occupational health and safety (PRL) area. * Support in budget preparation. * Collaborate in implementing improvements, process automation, and digitization of the Human Resources department. * Resolve employee issues and inquiries. **Requirements**: * Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. * Detail-oriented. * Knowledge of labor legislation and collective agreements. * Advanced Excel skills required (practical test will be conducted). * A master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) with at least one specialization is desirable. **We Offer**: * Opportunities for professional development in a growing company. * Competitive salary. * Intensive working hours. * Remote work. * Position based in Córdoba.
