




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive professional with experience in labor management to independently handle a client portfolio within a tax, accounting, and labor consultancy. Long-term commitment to the company **Who Are We?** A tax, accounting, and labor consultancy with over 30 years of experience in Córdoba, serving a broad and diversified client base: companies, self-employed professionals, and organizations across various sectors and sizes. **What Are We Looking For?** A proactive professional with proven experience in labor management within a consultancy or management firm, capable of independently managing the client portfolio from day one. **Main Responsibilities:** Preparation and review of payroll records Management of employee registrations, deregistrations, and modifications in Social Security (RED System) Drafting employment contracts and managing hiring procedures Processing benefits: temporary disability (IT), maternity/paternity leave, unemployment benefits Client support and resolution of labor-related inquiries Monitoring applicable collective bargaining agreements for the client portfolio **Requirements:** Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Labor Relations and HR, Social Graduate, or equivalent Experience in labor consultancy or labor management (mandatory; candidates without this experience will not be considered) Familiarity with NCS software or similar (A3, Sage, Nominasol) Proficient use of the RED System / Siltra / Contrat@ Up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements **Preferred Qualifications:** Ability to work autonomously and manage deadlines Candidate demonstrating long-term commitment to the company **Conditions:** Contract: Temporary replacement contract (with potential for continuity) Working Hours: Full-time — 100% on-site in Córdoba Salary: According to the applicable collective agreement / Minimum Interprofessional Salary (SMI) (subject to performance-based review) Start Date: Immediate Benefits: * Reduced working hours on Fridays * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
