At PTV Telecom, we are looking for a Network Infrastructure Manager with strategic vision and leadership skills to lead and coordinate our nationwide network deployment and expansion projects. What will your day-to-day look like? * Lead civil works projects ensuring the necessary infrastructure for the company. * Design and execute the national expansion strategy, managing agreements with dark fiber providers and optimizing deployment costs. * Coordinate nationwide deployment teams, ensuring planning, performance, and motivation. * Optimize budgets and permits, reporting directly to management. * Supervise operational and construction licenses, delivery note control, and compliance with quality standards. * Collaborate with local authorities on infrastructure projects and urban improvements. * Develop and present national deployment plans. * Work with the Recruitment department to identify talent for the Infrastructure and Network Deployment area.
