Main responsibilities will include architectural project development, construction execution management, and occupational health and safety coordination across all types of buildings. Proficiency in BIM software—particularly Revit—for project modeling and documentation is highly desirable. Additionally, proven experience in quantity surveying and budgeting using software such as Presto or Arquímedes is essential to ensure accuracy and efficiency in cost management. This position offers a permanent, full-time contract with a competitive gross annual salary ranging from 25.000€ to 29.000€, commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
