We're looking for a 3D Designer to join our Brand Studio. You'll manage marketing projects across our products and channels and use your amazing design skills to create beautiful 3D illustrations and animations. Up to shape what's next in finance? Let's get in touch. **What you'll be doing*** Creating 3D assets across our product range, supporting Product and Marketing teams * Collaborating with other Designers and Product Owners to ensure high\-quality delivery * Building and pushing visual quality and creativity on static and animated 3D illustrations * Helping maintain our 3D Library, ensuring our illustrations are cohesive * Designing storyboards for animations used in product videos, in\-app, and social media * Creating a range of physical product visualisations for internal evaluation and external GTMs **What you'll need*** 3\+ years of experience as a 3D Designer * A portfolio and/or reel highlighting your best work * The ability to move fast and keep a high\-quality level of output * An exceptional eye for detail and quality * Expertise creating and animating 3D assets using Cinema 4D **Nice to have*** A design or technical degree * Experience in or working for a tech company, startup, and/or creative agency * An understanding of Cinema 4D's MoGraph and physics simulation **Compensation range*** Krakow: PLN15,000 \- PLN23,500 gross monthly\* * Poland: PLN15,000 \- PLN23,500 gross monthly\* * Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process * Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience *Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
