As a product-driven company with technology at its core, we integrate Artificial Intelligence to revolutionize legal document analysis and process automation—and we are now looking to hire a highly motivated **SELECTION TECHNICIAN \- HR** to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full personnel selection process—from profile definition to new employee onboarding—ensuring hiring decisions align with the company’s strategic needs. Working in a fast-paced environment, interacting directly with employees, and fostering an atmosphere of trust and respect, the selected candidate must demonstrate empathy, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and a strong desire to support and assist our employees. **Responsibilities:** * Personnel sourcing and selection. * Conducting interviews with candidates according to the company’s required profiles. * Managing documentation for personnel onboarding. * Onboarding of new hires. * Ensuring proper execution of hiring processes. * Maintaining databases. * Providing administrative support for department-specific tasks. **Minimum Requirements:** * Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or related field. * At least 1 year of experience in HR. * Experience in recruitment and personnel selection processes. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Proactivity, results orientation, and teamwork. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract / stable position * Full-time, 100% on-site work in Alcobendas. * Competitive salary. * Opportunities for professional development and growth. * Excellent working environment. * Free gym membership at the company gym.
