Electromechanical Maintenance Technician

We are seeking technical profiles with experience in wind farms, availability for travel, and a vocation for a rapidly expanding sector that is leading the global energy transition. ***ABOUT THE POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES*** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on wind turbines according to the maintenance plan and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications. * Diagnose and resolve electromechanical failures in components such as generators, gearboxes, hydraulic systems, converters, and control systems. * Replace worn or faulty components: blade bearings, blades, pitch systems, brakes, and nacelle components. * Conduct periodic inspections, data collection, and analysis of wind farm performance indicators. * Assist in major corrective tasks: replacement of generators, gearboxes, blades, and blade bearings. * Complete technical documentation, intervention reports, and tool and material records in accordance with established protocols. ***MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS*** * Technical education or valid certifications in Electricity, Electronics, Electromechanics, Renewable Energies, or related fields (mandatory). * Demonstrated experience in wind turbine maintenance (preferred but not mandatory). * Valid GWO certification (Global Wind Organisation) — Basic Safety Training or equivalent for international projects (preferred but not mandatory). * Visa or work authorization for the United Kingdom or the United States for Anglo-Saxon market projects (preferred but not mandatory). * Availability to travel and work on national and international projects. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency, preferred for technical communication in international environments and for reading OEM documentation. * Problem-solving mindset, autonomy, ability to work at height, and capacity to operate outdoors under varying weather conditions. ***WHAT WE OFFER*** * Access to nationally and internationally recognized wind energy projects, in collaboration with sector-leading companies. * Career development plan and opportunities for professional growth within a rapidly expanding sector experiencing high demand for specialized technical profiles. * Competitive compensation packages tailored to the project and candidate profile. * A dynamic environment with specialized technical teams and international outlook.
