We are looking for a **Facilities Engineer** with solid experience in large-scale hotels to ensure the **operation, reliability, and efficiency** of all critical infrastructures. You will play a key role in achieving **operational excellence** and ensuring compliance with **regulations and audits** specific to the luxury sector in the Caribbean. The successful candidate will be responsible for guaranteeing the design, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of technical installations (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, etc.) across our hotels, ensuring their efficient, safe, and regulation-compliant operation. **Responsibilities:** * Drafting and supervision of projects for hotel complexes (resorts). * Drafting and supervision of measurements related to electrical installations. * Supervising HVAC system operations, adjusting parameters according to requirements and environmental conditions. * Valuable experience in mechanical installations for comprehensive project understanding. * Use of AutoCAD for drafting plans and designs. * **Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.** * Prior experience in design and project supervision, preferably within the hospitality sector. * In-depth knowledge of international regulations and standards. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to perform efficiently and meet established deadlines. * **Residence in Mallorca and availability to travel to the Caribbean (Mexico and Dominican Republic).**
