




Job Summary: We are seeking qualified and detail-oriented personnel to install ventilation systems, manufacture and assemble ventilation ducts, and install fire doors on construction sites. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manufacturing and installation of ventilation ducts and fire doors. 2. Reading and interpretation of blueprints, use of tools and machinery. 3. Teamwork, adaptability to projects, and autonomy. We seek qualified personnel to carry out ventilation system installations in Avilés and surrounding areas. Main tasks will include manufacturing and assembling ventilation ducts, as well as installing fire doors with their accessories. Work will primarily take place on construction sites, mainly residential buildings and garages. Daily responsibilities will involve reading and interpreting installation blueprints, and using appropriate hand tools and machinery for efficient assembly. It is essential that the candidate can work independently while collaborating effectively with the team, adapting to each construction project. A temporary contract is offered with potential conversion to permanent employment, full-time working hours from Monday to Friday, and remuneration according to the Asturias Metalworkers’ Collective Agreement. We seek a detail-oriented, cooperative, and responsible individual. A minimum of two years’ experience in ventilation duct assembly or in similar installations is required. Prior experience on building construction sites is mandatory. Completion of the 20-hour Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course specific to the metal sector is essential. Additional training—6 hours in plumbing and HVAC, or in metallic structures—will be considered a strong advantage. Teamwork capability and willingness to travel to various construction sites are essential for this position.
