### **General Information** **Country**Spain **State/Region**Catalonia **City**Lleida **Team**Renewable Energies **Seniority**Specialist (2\-4 years of experience) **Job Type**Permanent **Hire Type**Full\-Time **Work Regimen**Hybrid **Posting Date**23\-Dec\-2025 **Expiration Date**31\-Jan\-2026 **Company**Endesa Generación, S.A. ### **Description and Requirements** **Civil Works Manager – La Pobla de Segur** **Workplace****:** Spain\-LA POBLA DE SEGUR (LA)\-CL NOGUERA S/N **Description and Requirements:** If you are looking for a new professional challenge where you can contribute to transforming the energy sector, we are seeking a "**Civil Works Manager**" to join our Hydro Operation & Maintenance team in La Pobla de Segur. **Who will you work with?** The Civil Works Department carries out inspection and maintenance of all civil infrastructure (dams, channels, buildings, etc.) associated with O\&M Hydro Iberia’s hydroelectric power plants. **What will you be responsible for?** In this role, your responsibilities will include: * Drafting technical specifications and implementing infrastructure improvements, ensuring compliance with Endesa’s technical and safety standards. * Providing technical, economic, and safety supervision of maintenance works. * Managing contracts and contractor companies. * Handling administrative procedures required to obtain urban planning and environmental permits. **What is required?** The following **essential requirements** must be met to perform this role: * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Public Works Engineering, or Technical Architecture. * **Experience:** Experience in civil engineering and construction, as well as technical and safety supervision of civil works. * **Digital Tools:** Basic MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Outlook; and communication tools (Teams, Yammer). * **Competencies:** Physical fitness to carry out work or inspections in high-mountain environments; flexibility, efficiency, ability to adapt, teamwork skills, and a proactive, change-oriented attitude. * **Languages:** Fluent Spanish.
