Responsibilities include direct public interaction, document management related to vehicle delivery and collection, as well as telephone support and email handling. Other duties inherent to the position will also be carried out to ensure smooth administrative operations. Working hours are full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The schedule is split-shift, with legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * We seek an active, organized, and responsible person. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. Fluent spoken and written Catalan and/or Spanish. * Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) completed.
