Management of internal networks and incident resolution. Configuration, administration, and maintenance of firewalls. Preparation and configuration of equipment. Documentation of procedures, incidents, and tasks performed. Technical support and incident tracking. Requirements Experience in systems and network administration. Demonstrable knowledge of firewalls and perimeter security. A punctual, methodical, and organized individual. Ability to properly document completed work.
