Job Summary: We are seeking an OHSE Manager to oversee occupational health, safety, and environmental matters at our factory, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsibility for occupational health and safety for employees, contractors, and visitors. 2. Risk management, environmental impacts, and emergency response plans. 3. Promotion of environmental awareness and continuous training. WHY WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU Rheinmetall Expal Munitions is recruiting an OHSE Manager (m/f/d) for our Trubia (Asturias) factory. **Key responsibilities include:** * Taking responsibility for your own safety and that of employees, contractors, and visitors. * Committing to the goals and objectives defined for the site/plant/work center, ensuring their implementation within your area of influence and continuous improvement. * Ensuring training and resources necessary to comply with the Life-Saving Rules, the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Policy, and the OHS Management System, including all updates. * Establishing and maintaining up-to-date KPIs. * Identifying the resources required to ensure compliance with local legislation and internal requirements. * Participating in Safety and Health Committee meetings. * Managing the workplace accident investigation tool. * Conducting and maintaining up-to-date risk assessments and environmental impact assessments arising from operational activities. * Developing an emergency response plan. * Promoting environmental management awareness across the plant. * Ensuring implementation of the plant’s Environmental Management System (ISO 14001). * Promoting training initiatives. WHAT WE REQUIRE * Technical university degree in Engineering or Chemistry; Master’s in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). * Minimum 5 years of proven experience in industrial environments. * English level B2–C1. * Knowledge and application of current regulations, familiarity with emergency plans, and expertise in process risk analysis. * Proven experience in team and process management.
