Bartender - El Lodge & Maribel (Sierra Nevada, Granada)

**Main Functions** * Prepare and serve drinks and cocktails according to recipes and hotel quality standards. * Assist in opening and closing sales points, ensuring cleanliness, order, and compliance with food safety regulations. * Manage inventory, place orders, and control restocking of beverages, glassware, and supplies. * Participate in creating beverage menus, technical sheets, and cost calculations together with the bar manager. * Perform upselling of beverages, inform customers about the menu, and advise on pairings and selections. * Follow service protocols at the bar and tables, guaranteeing personalized and professional guest service. * Train and motivate support staff, promoting excellence in service. * Maintain work areas, equipment, and tools in optimal condition regarding cleanliness and functionality. * Attend to and resolve any guest requests, inquiries, or issues courteously. * Comply with security policies, cash handling procedures, and cash control protocols. **Requirements** * **Education:** Secondary school diploma (mixology certification is valued). * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in similar positions. * **Languages:** Spanish and English (minimum level B2). A third language is an advantage. * **Technical knowledge:** * + Classic and international mixology. + Service protocol and customer service. + Operation of POS systems and hotel management software. * **Personal skills:** * + Dynamism, leadership, and problem-solving ability. + Teamwork, communication, and customer orientation. + Ability to work under pressure and in high-demand environments. + Organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
