Well, let’s save that part for when we meet in person. **What Will You Learn?** -------------------- You’ll become part of one of our teams, diving headfirst into real, day-to-day tasks (no passive observation). This programme is designed to deliver a complete professional experience: you’ll learn by doing—with mentoring, training, and constant support from your team—in a collaborative environment where *“good vibes”* are never in short supply. Your main responsibilities will be: Learning the best practices and methodologies we use at Cívica. Integrating into a development team, starting with internal projects to consolidate your learning and gain confidence within our environment. **What Do We Need From You?** ---------------------------------- We’re looking for people who bring a positive attitude, good energy, and a willingness to learn. **It is mandatory to be able to sign a training agreement with a development department.** And additionally, we’ll be *living* if you have knowledge in... ️ Backend Development (Java/.Net). ️ Frontend Development (Angular/React). ️ Experience with or knowledge of Liferay. ️ Familiarity with development best practices (testing, clean code, SOLID principles). ️ Basic knowledge of software design (DDD). ️ Experience with clean architectures (hexagonal).
