Main Responsibilities Install and configure software versions and configuration files. Collaborate with Level 1 team on incident testing and reproduction. **Perform preventive maintenance:** version reviews, data integrity checks, log cleanup, and archiving of old files. **Execute corrective maintenance tasks:** server, instance, and pod restarts; certificate renewals; process and database health checks in APM tools (Zabbix, Dynatrace). Resolve known errors by following technical manuals and knowledge bases. Analyze incidents, categorize them, and escalate to Level 3 in JIRA when necessary. Ensure traceability and effective communication with Level 1 and Level 3 support teams. Propose continuous improvements to team operations and processes. Requirements **Education:** Degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering. Experience with Linux and Windows, Oracle and SQL Server databases. Proficiency in SQL Developer, database administration, and HW/SW system modeling. Experience with ticketing tools (Maximo, Remedy, GMAU) and collaborative suites (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
