You will be responsible for defining the overall vision of the interactive Journey and ensuring its technical execution within tight timelines, scope, and a highly demanding context. You will serve as the liaison between client, creative team, and technical team, ensuring narrative consistency, iteration control, and operational stability. UX Leadership * Define and maintain the 3D UX architecture for the entire Journey. * Ensure consistency between conceptual design and real-time execution. * Oversee interaction decisions, dynamic states, and narrative flow. * Validate alignment among UX, Motion, Technical Art, and Development. Project Management * Phased planning (Concept → Integration → Testing → Event). * Scope and iteration management. * Identification and mitigation of technical risks. * Multidisciplinary coordination. * Direct client communication. * Production protection and team workload balancing. Requirements * Proven experience in 3D UX or immersive experiences. * Experience managing complex technical projects. * Solid understanding of 3D engines (Unity / Unreal). * Experience in integration or demanding technical environments. * Ability to think strategically and operationally at the same time. Collaboration Model We are seeking a freelancer who can collaborate with us full-time from mid-March until early April. You will participate as the primary technical lead for real-time development, working closely with North’s multidisciplinary team.
