We foster a positive, pleasant work environment where people can be happy. **What are we looking for?** Reporting to the department manager, we seek a colleague for the position of SALES ASSOCIATE, 20 hours per week, five days per week, for our store in SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA. Your main responsibilities would include: * Providing customer advice, service, and sales support. * Resolving incidents. * Maintaining your section in optimal presentation and condition. * Ensuring sufficient product availability within the section. * Monitoring daily promotions and offers. * Achieving budgeted sales targets. * Providing general store support. **What do we offer?** * Temporary replacement contract * Fixed salary \+ variable component based on target achievement * Development plan **Requirements:** --------------- Candidate with appropriate education, strong customer orientation, and problem-solving ability; friendly, empathetic, and positive. Prior experience in retail or the large-scale distribution sector will be valued. Good appearance and diction, customer service skills, dynamism, perseverance, negotiation ability, and organizational skills. Full availability is essential for part-time work, Monday to Friday and designated Sundays/holidays per each Autonomous Community, from 10:00 to 21:00, and Saturdays from 10:00 to 22:00, respecting the weekly rest period stipulated in the Large Stores Collective Agreement.
