Assess participants' digital competency levels (initial and final), focusing on objectives and skill acquisition. Design and use monitoring tools to track participants' progress. Coordinate with other FSG professionals to support and follow up with users. Participate in internal and external communication activities. Support social engagement: promote civic participation, access to resources and assistance, conduct awareness-raising actions on rights, coexistence, culture, health, etc. Prepare reports and summaries of work performed. Perform tasks common to all staff, including cross-cutting and general activities such as: Organizing events. Participating in open house days. Sectoral meetings. Detecting discrimination. Incorporating a gender perspective. Participate in common organizational tasks: events, open days, gender perspective, member recruitment, discrimination detection, etc. Education Requirements University degree, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in social fields (Social Education, Psychology, Pedagogy, Teaching, etc.) or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Social Integration. Required Knowledge Intervention addressing the digital divide in contexts of vulnerability. Active educational methodologies (project-based learning, active pedagogy, etc.). Group teaching, social facilitation, social intervention. Advanced digital competencies: digital environments (employment, education, healthcare, etc.), e\-learning, multichannel training, cybersecurity. Required Experience Minimum of 1 year as a teacher in similar positions. Design and implementation of training programs for developing digital competencies.
