**Key Hours:** Friday nights, Saturday nights, and holiday eves—only 5 or 6 nights per month, from 11:30 PM to 4:00 AM, for guest reception and guest list checking. Full scheduling flexibility for all other promotional tasks during weekdays. **Responsibilities:** * **Promote our club parties** (Fridays and/or Saturdays, and holiday eves). * Manage and mobilize **closed lists** (direct guests, friends, personal contacts) and **open lists**, through relationships with **bars, shops, hot spots**... * **Build and maintain relationships** with businesses and strategic venues to attract attendees. * **Online and offline promotion**. * **Guest reception and in-venue list checking** (from 11:30 PM to 4:00 AM). **Requirements:** * **Experience in Public Relations, Promotion, and Hosting** at electronic music clubs or within the **House and Disco scene**. * **Active local contact network** in Barcelona’s scene. * Ability to identify and **establish relationships with key venues** (bars, shops, hot spots...). * **Strong social skills, proactivity, and image projection**. * Languages: * **Fluent Spanish** * **Fluent Catalan** * **English at C1 level or higher** * **Other languages** (French, Italian, German…) **Offer:** * Permanent contract with a 2-month probationary period * Fixed salary + variable pay: **approx. €1,800/month + performance-based bonus** * Variable income: attendance commissions + bonus. * Flexibility to develop your own promotional approach and network. * Positive working environment.
