We are looking to hire a Maintenance Technician for our charming boutique hotel, located in the heart of Palma. You will join the maintenance team and contribute to carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance work on the hotel’s facilities and equipment. **What will your tasks and responsibilities be?** * Perform maintenance and repair work on facilities and machinery, implementing the corresponding preventive and corrective maintenance programs. * Inspect and assess the physical condition of facilities and machinery, recommending necessary actions and determining the type of work required. * Manage and supervise work directly assigned to external suppliers. * Collaborate with other members of the Group’s maintenance team. Our success lies simply in our desire to do things well—with passion for our industry, our customers, and, of course, our team. * Certification in prevention and hygienic-sanitary maintenance against legionella, and certification in maintenance of collective-use swimming pools. * Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and machinery repair. * Proven experience of at least two years in a similar role, preferably in hotels and/or the hospitality industry. * Detail-oriented and meticulous individual with strong organizational and planning skills. * Own vehicle required. * Flexibility to work Monday through Sunday, primarily during afternoon shifts.
