For new projects, we require an **OPERATIONS MANAGER** for a project in **Palma**, responsible for the end-to-end operation and maintenance management of the desalination plant. **Responsibilities** * Managing the desalination plant’s daily operations. * Supervising operation and maintenance teams. * Continuous coordination with the construction team. * Supervising the integration of new facilities into operations. * Monitoring performance, production, and efficiency of the facility. * Planning and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance. * Monitoring energy consumption and chemical usage. * Ensuring compliance with environmental and quality regulations. * Acting as the main point of contact with clients and regulatory bodies. * Managing documentation and preparing operational reports. **Requirements** * Degree in Civil, Industrial or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum 8 years’ experience as an Operations Manager. * Experience managing plants undergoing expansions or renovations while in operation. * Ability to coordinate with construction teams. * Knowledge of water treatment plant operation and maintenance. * Team management and decision-making capabilities. **Work Location** * Mallorca **Offer** * Joining a large-scale project in the water sector. * Permanent contract. * Competitive compensation commensurate with experience. * Professional development within a leading company in the sector.
