At **DORMITY**, the leading company in the design, manufacturing, and sale of sleep systems—with over 20 years of experience and a network of more than 55 retail locations—we are looking for commercial talent for our physical stores located in the Vallès Occidental region (Sabadell, Terrassa, Sant Cugat del Vallés, Rubí, Barberà del Vallès, etc.). ***What will you do at Dormity?*** Your role will be essential in ensuring that every customer enjoys a unique and personalized shopping experience: * Active listening and personalized advice tailored to each customer’s actual needs. * Drive sales confidently, convincingly, and with thorough product knowledge. * Follow up on quotations and contribute to customer loyalty. * Ability to accompany the customer to the point of purchase, ensuring an outstanding experience while building trust and delivering value to the customer. ***What do we offer?*** * Permanent contract * Fixed annual gross salary of €19,392 + an attractive commission system resulting in an average annual gross salary between €30,000 and €40,000. * Initial and ongoing training on sales techniques and products, delivered by our professionals, so you have all the necessary tools at your disposal. * 40-hour workweek, Monday to Saturday, split shifts (10:00–14:00 and 17:00–20:30).
