




Intress needs to incorporate an **Information Assistant** for a three-month temporary position in our *Information and Citizen Support Service* of the Department of Families, Social Welfare and Dependency Care, located in **Palma** (velodrome) The selected candidate will support the special campaign for the review of Non-contributory Pensions. ***WE OFFER:*** * **Start date:** 02/01/2025 * **Contract end date:** 10/04/2025 * **Monthly gross salary:** 1,378.81€ (Base Salary + Project Allowance + Voluntary Improvement %) under the Social Action and Intervention Agreement * **Working hours:** 33h/week * **Schedule:** Full morning shift (8:30am – 2:30pm) ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * **Assist and inform** citizens directly about the various services offered by the Department. Telephone and in-person assistance. * **Accompany** citizens in applying for benefits and services managed by the Department. * **Provide support** in completing procedures, either on paper or online (filling out forms, explaining official documents...) **Required academic qualifications:** * Compulsory Secondary Education Graduate or equivalent. * Official Catalan language certificate. **Required knowledge:** * Experience in customer service and administrative procedures. * Knowledge and management of social services and benefits provided by public administration. * Proficiency in computer use at user level. **Additional valued aspects:** * Person-oriented attitude and good interpersonal skills. * Communication skills and teamwork ability. * Planning and organizational capacity. * Flexibility and dynamism.
