If you are looking for a dynamic and innovative company where **people are truly valued, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!** #### **Your responsibilities** ##### **End-to-end construction project management** * Analyze project feasibility and ensure proper planning. * Supervise project **Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD)**. * Evaluate the status of technical and contractual documentation. * Study and analyze works during their initial phase and conduct ongoing monitoring. **Economic management and financial planning** * Control the project’s financial movements and monitor budget execution. * Review total construction cost and contracting status. * Generate certifications and payment scheduling. * Ensure adherence to payment schedules and manage potential financial deviations. **Client relations and quality management** * Explain and present specifications to clients, ensuring effective communication. * Coordinate between the company and the client to align expectations and requirements. * Coordinate budget closure with clients and validate financial agreements. **Internal coordination and site supervision** * Hold internal meetings to track construction progress. * Monitor construction timelines and supervise certifications. * Resolve possible unforeseen issues arising during construction execution. * Conduct and follow up on site visits with the technical direction or developer. * Draft site visit minutes and internal reports. * Manage official construction documentation. **Support functions** * Prepare additional budgets or on-site modifications. * Sign construction contracts. * Support clients with mortgage management. #### #### **What we expect from you** **Professional experience** * Prior experience as a Project Manager in construction projects, preferably in luxury residential developments. * Experience dealing with highly demanding and exclusive clients. * Hands-on construction management experience, having previously served as Site Manager on construction projects. **Academic background** * **Technical Architecture**, Civil Engineering, or equivalent degree. * Additional training or Master’s degree in **project management** (desirable). **Technical knowledge and languages** * Project control tools. PMP certification and Master’s in project management are desirable. * End-to-end project management methodologies. * Advanced proficiency in **PRESTO**. Experience with internal ERP systems for billing and certifications is valued. * Minimum English level **B2**, as many clients are international. * Knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies is desirable. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. **Other differentiating requirements:** * Proven experience as Site Manager on high-end residential projects. * Enthusiasm and proactivity.
