We’re looking for people like you! **Summer 2026 Onboarding** **Location** Mallorca (Balearic Islands) **Vacancies** 2 positions available **Contract** Temporary – Full-time **Salary** **€2,500 – €3,000 gross/month** What does the job involve? You will be the heart of our excursions, ensuring every group enjoys a spectacular day on the island. From pick-up to activity coordination, your mission is to safeguard their safety, well-being, and enjoyment—creating unforgettable memories. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordination of excursions and activities * Customer accompaniment and support * Ensuring group safety and well-being * Support during water-based activities (snorkeling, paddle surfing, etc.) **Essential Requirements** * Intermediate-to-advanced English level (for interacting with international customers) * Valid driver’s license * Good physical condition and enthusiasm for outdoor activities * Responsible, dynamic, and customer-oriented attitude **Required Qualifications (at least one of the following)** * Intermediate-level Kayaking Degree * IOSUP Stand-Up Paddle Instructor Certification * Leisure Activities Monitor, TAFAD, or Intermediate-level Sports Technician qualification * Intermediate-to-advanced surfing level * Valid aquatic lifeguard certification **Preferred (Not Mandatory)** * Knowledge of additional languages * Prior experience as a monitor **We Offer** * Positive work environment and young team * Ongoing training * Active work immersed in nature * International and dynamic experience **Contact** Send CV to: **info@moetoursmallorca.com** **Experience the best summer working in Mallorca!** Job Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from €2,000.00/month Benefits: * Company car * Flexible working hours * Option for permanent contract * Meal vouchers Experience: * Excursion monitor: 1 year (Preferred) Language: * English (Mandatory) License/Certification: * Valid aquatic lifeguard certification (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
