These individuals would join our Tech discipline, led by **Carlos Cañado and Reinaldo Aguilera**. **The main technical requirements we need are:** * Proven experience (over 5 years) working with Angular. * Solid backend development experience with Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks. * Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Jasmine, Karma). * Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architectures. * Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB). * Solid knowledge and application of Clean Code principles to produce maintainable, readable, and high-quality software. * Experience with version control tools such as Git. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile team environment. * Desirable: * Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). * Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins). **Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and maintain dynamic, responsive frontend applications using Angular (latest versions). * Build robust, scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot. * Collaborate with product owners and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions. * Implement unit tests, integration tests, and ensure overall code quality through development best practices. * Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across both frontend and backend layers. * Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the full technology stack.
