




We are seeking to hire an **Admissions Agent** to strengthen our **sales team**. Your mission will be to **accompany, inform, and guide** families interested in our **annual and semester programs**, ensuring a **clear, approachable, and professional** experience throughout the entire admissions process. ### **What will your responsibilities be?** If you join our team, some of your **key responsibilities** will include: **Handling information requests** via phone and email, delivering **approachable, prompt, and professional** service. **Providing detailed information** about our long-term program, integrating both **sports (tennis)** and **academic (school)** components. **Accompanying families** throughout the entire admissions process—from the **initial contact** through to **final confirmation**. ️ **Coordinating and conducting guided facility tours**, tailoring the message to the needs of each profile. **Participating in internal meetings** with relevant teams and **external meetings** with interested families. ️ **Recording and maintaining an up-to-date database** of inquiries, ensuring **individualized follow-up** for each case. **Managing the dispatch of contractual documentation**, customized according to the services contracted by each family. **Confirming enrollment reservations** and receipt of initial payments. **Communicating student admissions** to various departments within the organization. **Updating and maintaining internal records** with complete and detailed information about admitted students. ### **What are we looking for in you?** We seek someone with **strong communication skills**, **commercial sensitivity**, and **affinity for the international sports and education environment**. To excel in this role, it would be ideal if you have: **Academic background related to tennis in the U.S.** *(desirable)*, especially if you have firsthand experience with the **U.S. education system**. **Academic training in sales, marketing, or sports management** *(desirable)*. ️ **Advanced English proficiency**, both spoken and written—much of our communication is conducted in this language. **Additional languages** *(highly desirable)*: German, French, or an Asian language, given the international profile of our families. **Prior experience (1–2 years)** in **customer service**, **admissions**, **client management**, or similar commercial roles. **Proficiency with office software tools** (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.), including comfort working with **databases and CRM systems**.
