We are looking to hire a **Business Platforms Specialist** eager to learn, capable of working collaboratively, and oriented toward internal customers, who wants to be part of a strategic technological transformation project. **What will be your mission?** You will be responsible for providing functional support during the rollout of the new **Property Management System (PMS)** across our hotels, accompanying teams during operational go-live, delivering initial training, and resolving functional queries to ensure agile and efficient platform adoption. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Support hotels’ operational go-live during the new PMS implementation, providing functional support to end-user teams. * Collaborate on platform preparation and functional configuration, verifying that processes align with hotel operations. * Deliver initial functional training to front-desk teams and other users involved in hotel operations. * Resolve first-level functional queries during go-live and escalate incidents requiring specialized support. * Capture, document, and communicate incidents, requirements, and improvement opportunities identified during implementations. * Work closely with IT, Operations, and hotel teams to ensure an orderly implementation and appropriate service continuity. * Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation processes by sharing learnings and proposing enhancements to optimize user experience. **What are we looking for in you?** * University degree in Business Administration and Management, Tourism, Economics, Law, or related fields. * Prior education or knowledge in hotel management, operations, or management systems is desirable. * Interest in application implementation projects and digital transformation. * Experience or knowledge of hotel operations—especially Front Office, Reception, or PMS-related processes—is highly valued. * Proficiency with computer tools and ability to quickly learn new applications. * Knowledge of PMS or other hotel management systems is a plus. * Advanced level of English. **What do we offer you?** * The opportunity to participate in a strategic digital transformation project with international impact. * Flexible Compensation Plan: Health Insurance, Childcare, and Training at special rates. * Work-Life Balance: Flexible working hours and a hybrid remote-work policy. * Training and study assistance. * Employee benefits and discounts.
