Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Lead luxury residential and hotel projects. 2. End-to-end project management in the construction sector. We seek a **Project Manager** with at least 15 years of experience and strong motivation to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale construction projects, with a particular focus on **luxury residential and hotel projects.** The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, consistently meeting the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. This position represents an excellent opportunity for professionals with prior experience in technical site roles (e.g., production manager or site manager) who wish to transition into an **end-to-end project management role.** The project will be located in **Sóller (Mallorca)**, and the working arrangement will be **100% on-site, Monday to Friday.** * Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle: planning, design, execution, and delivery. * Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. * Develop and maintain detailed schedules, budgets, and resource plans. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient execution. * Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as required. * Conduct risk analyses and define mitigation strategies. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as industry-specific requirements. * Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. * Prepare and present progress reports, performance metrics, and project documentation. * Preferred qualification in Architecture; however, other degrees will be considered based on relevant experience. * Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, technical consulting, or similar roles in the construction/real estate sector. * Solid knowledge of construction processes, cost estimation, scheduling, and project control. * Fluent **English** language skills (**mandatory**). * Attention to detail and strong oral and written communication skills.
