Oversee daily operations, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead the operational performance with one of our key partners in Mallorca. The role is responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery driving sales and profitability and managing a highly engaged team. The Operations Manager will build strong relationships with local partners, oversee daily operations, and ensure that quality standards and customer satisfaction goals are consistently met. **Key responsibilities:** * Oversee the correct and logistical management of the destination (transfers, excursions, bookings, administration, airport operations...). * Build and maintain strong relationships with one of our key clients ensuring the operations of the destination and identifying new business opportunities. * Prepare the annual budget for the destination ensuring adherence and applying corrective actions when necessary. * Control destination expenses, ensuring alignment with established sales and financial targets. * Continuing follow\-up and goal achievement of our operational teams, recognizing achievements and redirecting behaviors or processes not aligned with our company´s values or strategy. * Plan operational team activities and monitor their execution. * Communicate the company’s strategy, objectives, values, and cultural model to the team to ensure engagement and alignment. * Ensure that team roles are consistently well\-defined, communicated, and interconnected to maximize value contribution. * Proactive approach to achieve SLA’s, KPI’s and improve customer satisfaction. * Degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Hospitality, or similar. * Previous experience in a similar role. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and guide diverse teams. * Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with internal and external stakeholders. * Organizational and planning skills to oversee multiple activities simultaneously. * High level of English (spoken and written).
