At **Senator Hotels & Resorts**, we are looking for a **Waiter/Waitress** for our establishment **Senator Huelva Hotel**, located in **Huelva**. ️ **What will your day-to-day responsibilities involve?** * Prepare work areas for service. * Directly attend to customers during food and beverage consumption. * Prepare simple dishes or meals for consumption. * Transport utensils and equipment required for service. * Monitor and inspect goods and usage targets of the selection. * Collaborate with the restaurant/bar manager in the preparation and execution of special events. * Coordinate and supervise tasks specific to the area. * Inform and advise customers on the composition and preparation of available products. * Handle customer complaints. * Issue invoices and collect payments from customers. * Ensure the preservation of the chain’s image and values in all activities carried out. **What do we expect from you?** * Compulsory education or equivalent. * Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in restaurants, bars, or food and beverage services (preferably in hotels). * Food Handling Certification and APPCC, in-person PRL training, and training in allergen management and food safety. * Basic computer skills and WinHotel knowledge. * English level A2 (other languages such as French or German are valued). * Service orientation, attention to detail, resilience, and planning and organizational skills. **What do we offer?** * Contract **for production-related circumstances**. * **Part-time** schedule. * Continuous training and professional development opportunities. * Exclusive benefits: discounts at establishments, insurance, and agreements with banking entities.
