




We are looking to hire an **Administrative Assistant** to join our team and support daily tasks within the administrative department. **Mandatory: Valid driver's license** **Main responsibilities:** * Answering phone calls and managing emails. * Filing and organizing documentation. * Knowledge of invoicing processes. * Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth information flow. * Performing general administrative duties associated with the role. * Handling external procedures: **travelling to the bank and other necessary outings for daily operations**.
