The role involves accompanying personal recovery and social reintegration processes, and advising the professional team on their interventions. **Profile** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology. * Authorization to practice healthcare activities or a Master’s degree in General Health Psychology. * Professional registration (licensing). * Experience accompanying and providing psychosocial support to women in socially vulnerable situations. * Training in psychological intervention informed by trauma and attachment approaches. * Professional registration (licensing) **Profile:** * Minimum two years’ experience in supporting and accompanying individuals. * Experience in the field of social action, especially relating to women, violence, migration, minors, and human trafficking. * Knowledge of local socio-healthcare resources. * Proficient use of office software tools. **Competencies:** Problem analysis and resolution, Initiative and autonomy, Optimism and enthusiasm, Organization and planning, Technical and personal reliability, Interpersonal communication, Teamwork, Diplomacy and interpersonal savoir-faire **Level:** Employee **Contract Type:** Intensive working hours **Duration:** Indefinite **Salary:** Between 24\.001 and 30\.000 € gross/year **Minimum Education:** Master's degree **Minimum Experience:** At least 2 years **Start Date:** 20/05/2026 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
