We are seeking a kitchen assistant for a residential care center in Marratxí. The main responsibility is to support the chef in all assigned tasks, ensuring satisfaction among residents, visitors, and center staff regarding kitchen services. Duties include assisting with order receipt and control, ensuring proper storage of raw materials. Also collaborating in HACCP management, monitoring critical control points and self-inspection records. Preparing and cooking food, as well as plating dishes and loading trolleys for meal service. It is essential to maintain quality standards and clean facilities, cold rooms, storage areas, and all kitchen equipment. A permanent full-time contract is offered with rotating shifts (7:00–15:00, 11:00–19:00, or 13:30–21:30\). Minimum six months’ experience as a kitchen assistant in a restaurant is required, preferably in a hospital or elderly residential facility. Specific culinary training is also recommended, along with knowledge of food handling and use of cleaning chemicals.
