Job Summary: We are seeking proactive and dynamic Kitchen Assistants to collaborate in the preparation and presentation of dishes, as well as in maintaining kitchen hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Catalonia Hotels \& Resorts is a multinational hotel chain. It is one of the leading hotel chains in our country, currently operating 80 establishments across more than 20 different destinations, and is actively expanding. CATALONIA HOTELS \& RESORTS requires Kitchen Assistants to work at our CATALONIA MAJORICA hotel. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Collaborate with the kitchen team in processes including receipt of raw materials, storage, thawing, temperature control, handling, cleaning, and disinfection. * Carry out scheduled tasks related to dish preparation and presentation. * Conduct periodic cleanings as established in the developed plan. * Handle food in compliance with current regulations. * Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment, reporting any issues immediately. * Assist in the execution of menus and menus. * Monitor and ensure proper storage and efficient utilization of provided products. REQUIREMENTS: * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant. * Proactivity and dynamism. * Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, and results-oriented mindset.
