Location: Deià, Spain Department: Front Office & Guest Relations Experience: Entry level As a Bellman at La Residencia, A Belmond Hotel, you will be on the front line of luxury hospitality, delivering exceptional experiences through informed and welcoming guest interactions. If you seek to develop your skills and be part of the future of luxury, now is your moment. **Key Responsibilities Include:** * Managing guest luggage. * Performing valet parking duties and other personalized services. * Ensuring service excellence aligned with the company’s Quality Standards. **Requirements** **What You Bring:** * Handling and coordinating guest luggage delivery and collection. * Welcoming guests upon arrival and attending to them so they feel welcomed. * Assisting guests with rental cars and/or arranging required transportation. * Occasionally acting as driver for the hotel’s van. * Adhering to LQA standards in all guest interactions. * Assisting the Housekeeping Department with setting up extra beds and other accessories. * Keeping the hotel entrance free of traffic and congestion. * Screening access for people and vehicles. * Being the last to thank guests for their visit and assist them upon departure. **Benefits** **What We Offer:** At La Residencia, we take pride in fostering a culture rooted in kindness, active listening, and genuine connections with our colleagues and guests.
