We are looking for Vehicle Painters to join our team immediately. Depending on your experience, you can access the categories of Skilled Worker 1st, 2nd, 3rd class or Apprentice. You will be responsible for preparing, painting and finishing vehicle bodies, ensuring an impeccable result and compliance with company quality and safety standards. Main responsibilities: Surface preparation: repair of dents and scratches, sanding, puttying and masking. Application of paint and varnish according to manufacturer processes and specifications. Color matching using a spectrophotometer. Quality control of completed work. Meeting established repair timelines. Maintenance of tools and workspace. Proper use of PPE and compliance with safety regulations. Requirements: Demonstrable experience in a similar role (minimum 1 year for Skilled Worker 3rd class). Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Vehicle Bodywork is desirable. Knowledge of surface preparation, painting and finishing techniques. Driving license B1. Good physical condition for job-related tasks. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Valued: Experience across different professional categories within the sector.
